Frightening tales of dogs frothing at the mouth, growling and snarling and lunging with bared fangs…rabid raccoons with beady eyes lurking in forests, thick gobs of foam dripping down their furry little chins… just waiting for the chance to sink their teeth into humans to infect them with the deadly Rabies Disease.
But how valid are these terrifying stories? And what, exactly, is this disease called “rabies,” and why is there so much FEAR surrounding it?
Does there even exist such a deadly thing that can be transmitted by the bite of an animal? Or is it all just fabricated propaganda and lies? Is it merely a relic of the times when demons ran to and fro between animal and man, carrying disease, with origins in the mythical fables of vampires?
It certainly wouldn’t be the first time this same old tired tactic of fear was used to instill compliance: Fear of disease, fear of germs, fear of viruses, fear of contagion – all just to ensure that you spend money on a now-mandated VACCINE that will allegedly prevent you and your beloved pet from getting this dreaded thing.
Not only has FEAR been constantly generated around this so-called “deadly virus,” but it’s conveniently delivered tons of REVENUE for veterinarians and pharmaceutical companies.
To find out just how this terrible Frothing-and-Foaming disease got started, let’s go back in history about 140 years. First off, we can point the finger at a guy named Louis Pasteur, a French chemist and microbiologist. Known for his “groundbreaking work” in vaccination and good-old germ theory, he was credited with developing the first rabies vaccine in 1885.
In his mission to create this miracle cure, Pasteur’s initial research involved lots of dogs in his vivisection lab, thought to be the main carriers of the “virus,” and whom he had somehow determined were all infected with it.
And where did this genius chemist obtain the “rabies virus” to concoct this miraculous vaccine? Why, he got it from “the spinal cords of infected rabbits.
It was never explained how Pasteur ascertained that these rabbits were “infected.” It is also not clear how these rabbits became “infected” in the first place – did the dogs bite the rabbits? One can only hope that the rabbits were not conscious when their spinal cords were being severed and removed.
In his Frankenstein lab, Pasteur then “suspended the spines of rabid rabbits in jars where they were exposed to the action of the air.” What a monstrous display this must have been! This, of course, apparently aided him in developing his miracle vaccine, which he then tested on “healthy” rabbits to see what effects it had, how quickly they died, etc.
He then “progressively inactivated the virus to ensure safety before administering it to humans.” But, of course! God forbid he kill any humans – not right away or too blatantly, anyway.
As for the fortuitous event that would soon place Pasteur in the Annals of Vaccine Heroes and Miracles, a boy named Joseph Meister was brought in to Pasteur after being “bitten by a rabid dog.” It was claimed that little Joseph had a total of 14(!) dog bites all over his legs and hands. Now, that’s one vicious and determined dog!
You have to wonder what enraged the dog so much that he felt compelled to bite that many times. And how was it concluded that he was “rabid”? And where did all this chomping take place?!
So Pasteur got to work, busily injecting Joseph daily with a series of “progressively less desiccated spinal cords taken from rabies-infected rabbits.” And what do you know – the boy never developed any symptoms of “rabies”! This then allowed Pasteur’s experiment to be declared a rousing and unequivocal success.
Voila! The rabbit-spinal-cord-rabies vaccine was now ready to be put on the market and injected into as many animals and humans as possible!
HOWEVER, as it turned out, there was quite a plethora of skepticism at the time from doctors regarding Pasteur and his viral “discovery.” In fact, they referred to it as a fraud and a racket, and questioned the very existence of this “rabies virus.”
Dr. William A. Bruette, Assistant Chief of the Bureau of Animal Industry, declared the rabies vaccine not only a fraud but harmful as well. He said that “innoculation SPREADS disease” rather than curing it, and that the “sale of rabies vaccines is an out-and-out racket.”
Dr. Matthew Woods of the Philadelphia Medical Society stated that there had not been “one single case of rabies” at the PA dog pound during its entire 25-year history of 150,000 dogs and a frequently-bitten staff.
Dr. Charles W. Dulles, who was appointed by Medical Society to investigate rabies, said: “I am inclined to the view that there is no such specific malady.” He noted that, after 16 years of investigation, he had “failed to find a single case on record that can be conclusively proved to have resulted from the bite of a dog or any other cause.”
As for the whole “foaming at the mouth” thing, there’s a pretty extensive list of possible causes other than the animal being “rabid.”
The Dogster website notes that “stress, anxiety, and excitement can all cause foaming at the mouth,” and that nausea can cause “drooling and foamy saliva in and around the mouth.” They list some other possible causes: heat stroke; toxins like cleaning products, fertilizers, snail bait, and other chemicals; dental disease and oral health problems; and electrical burns to the oral cavity [like, say, from chewing on electrical wiring].
The helpful little online Search Assist AI bot lists nausea, anxiety, overheating, ingestion of toxic substances, dental disease, or seizures. And the mainstream website of The Institute for Environmental Research and Education (IERE) adds in distemper, along with the poisoning, oral injuries, and seizures.
That’s quite the spectrum. They may as well say, “Hey, it could be just about anything. Your guess is as good as mine.” But when you take the frothing animal to the veterinarian, they’ll likely give them a rabies shot JUST TO BE SURE – and maybe even a distemper one as well.
Prior to the announcement of Pasteur’s acclaimed miracle vaccine, the “cures” attempted for what was thought to be rabies were said to be “largely based on folklore and superstition.” Hmmm… just like the very origin of the rabies itself?
One early treatment for being bitten by a dog was using a burning-hot iron to cauterize the bite mark. Ouch! Well, that’s certainly ONE way to sterilize the infection. Other treatments included using good old snake venom (still utilized today in “modern medicine”) and the eyeballs from a crayfish.
Too bad they were unaware that one could simply apply a poultice of cold carrots on the wound before any infection set in. This would serve to filter and draw out any toxins while soothing inflammation. This actually works by stimulating blood flow and lymphatic movement, which aids in the healing and filtering process.
But oh, no, that would be far too simplistic and accessible; we must create a poisonous potion in a lab and sell it.
This whole terrifying idea of being bitten by a dog and catching the rabies virus appears to be yet another bugaboo to demonize and create fear of animals. Movies like Walt Disney’s tearjerker, “Old Yeller” from 1957, is a perfect example of using fiction to create reality with its story of a once-beloved-pet-dog-turned-rabid.
This heart-tugging propaganda piece effectively promoted and drove home the whole notion of rabies being such a dangerous threat that its carrier needed to be lethally disposed of. It was the fifth highest-grossing film of 1957, earning approximately $6.2 million.
As the plot goes, the possible risk of rabies arises when Travis’s dog Yeller gets bitten by a feral hog, at which point the family is warned of “hydrophobia” [rabies] in the area.
Then Yeller is bitten AGAIN -- this time by a wolf. The mother tells her son that she believes the wolf must be rabid, since no healthy one would attack near a burning area. She then coldly suggests shooting Old Yeller, but the little boy insists on waiting to see if there’s any symptoms.
It doesn’t take long, of course – the dog is next seen growling and frothing at the mouth inside his little shed, with Travis realizing that he must now “destroy” the very thing he loves. The weapon of choice is a shotgun, which he sorrowfully takes out of his mother’s hands to do the deed himself, since it’s “his dog.”
In fact, this insanity still continues today, except it’s taken one step further in a laboratory setting – the confiscation of dogs that have bitten a human, then the killing, dissecting, and examining of their brains as the only way to find out if they’re “rabid.”
No doubt these brains are put on display in jars in the lab, just like what the ghastly Pasteur did with the rabbit spinal cords.
And just like the now-thick portfolio of zoonotic diseases (defined as “an infection or disease that is transmissible from animals to humans”), this demonization of “rabid animals” has become a convenient way to justify the ever-present animal experimentation with its noble perceived benefit to humans.
Now let’s talk about the rabies shot, which is now legally required for dogs in most jurisdictions across the United States. Some states have no statewide legal requirement, while others mandate vaccination schedules and documentation. The rabies vaccine is now routinely given to cats as well.
There’s something called Rabies Miasm Symptoms, which are symptoms caused by the vaccine. A miasm is when the body, mind, or emotions of an individual manifest signs of the disease without actually having the disease
Aside from a high level of physical pain following the injection, the symptoms include: rage, agitation, violence, ferocity, sudden and unprovoked attacks, irrational fears, timidity, inappropriate responses to water, either extreme fear or great desire; obsessive/compulsive behaviors like tail chasing, fly biting, chasing balls, excessive focal licking, sensitivity and over-reaction to noise, and spasms in the jaws.
Along with paralysis and seizures, another “side effect” of a rabies vaccine includes the very real possibility of developing cancer at the injection site. And even though this is not denied, it is heavily downplayed by veterinarians and pharmaceutical companies.
In an article on the Advance Study website entitled “Do Rabies Vaccines Cause Cancer in Dogs?,” Dr. Emily Carter assures the reader that dogs getting cancer after a rabies shot is “extremely rare” and that “the overwhelming benefits of rabies vaccination usually outweigh the minimal risks.”
Not to worry, she says, because some studies suggest only a “potential” association between the vaccine and the formation of a cancer tumor. Besides, she adds, “definitively proving causation remains challenging.”
This is quite puzzling, because this type of cancer is known as INJECTION-SITE SARCOMAS and officially labeled Vaccine-Associated Sarcomas (VAS). The article clearly admits that the “malignant tumors develop at the site where a vaccine or other injection was administered.”
So why would it be so “challenging” to prove causation if the tumor pops up RIGHT IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT as where the vaccine was injected?!?
In their article entitled “Biting Back: The Story of Louis Pasteur and The Development of the Rabies Vaccine,” The Science Institute Museum and Library lament that “55,000 people die of rabies each year, mostly children living in Africa or Asia.” Where are they getting these figures from? And are all these children getting bitten by dogs or other rabid animals??
OH, I see – it’s because they don’t have access to a VACCINE. What a shame. This looks like the perfect geographical opportunity for the Bill Gates Foundation.
They then claim that the virus has now been “completely eliminated in many countries,” with post-bite treatment having “a success rate near 100%.”
Imagine that – no one is developing any rabies symptoms, so therefore the vaccine must be working!
One could almost say it was as if the virus never existed…

Excellent overview - the fear porn never stops and of course the subconscious vaccine programming with all pet-guardians constantly getting their dogs and cats vaccinated is that they should also get vaccinated, and likewise get their children vaccinated. It's marketing and war combined...
WOW -- that was a real trip reading that. So much I didn't know about rabies, but it all makes sense with the fear! I also really enjoyed the video -- you are very talented writer and I'm so glad I found your page.
